We offer a 3-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within this period.

• To request a refund, send an email to our support team at ceo@snowflake.com.mx with your order number, or through the contact form. It is not necessary to provide an explanation to process your refund, but if you wish to do so, it will be appreciated.

• Refunds will not be granted if it is determined that you have violated our terms of service.
• Promotions and special discounts are non-refundable.
• If your payment was made at 7 Eleven Mexico, Soriana or Kiosko, it will not be eligible for a refund.

In exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase (except if made at OXXO). It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
